Today, many divorcing couples opt for mediation. They do not wish to or cannot afford to go through the expense or time involved in litigation. Our law firm strongly encourages mediation. With our help, your mediated divorce can be civil and fair to both parties. It makes little sense to incur considerable sums of money in legal fees and costs on a contested divorce, when a fair outcome can be obtained through mediation. We offer two payment arrangements for mediation. Our flat fee structure is very popular,as you will know the cost before you begin. The cost of a flat fee mediation is $2,250, which includes 3 mediation sessions, completion of all paperwork and a divorce agreement, as well as the court filing fee. There are NO ADDITIONAL hidden costs. The ala carte fee structure allows you to pick and choose those services which you need and those which you do not. The cost for mediation sessions, document preparation, and filing fees are priced separately. Whichever model you choose, there are no hidden costs.

The office is designed to be comfortable and casual. We are convenient to clients in Plymouth and the upper Cape. Exit 2 from Route 6 is minutes from our office.
